Adjudication Appointment for Neil Cadwallader
Neil Cadwallader, a commercial barrister and mediator at Exchange Chambers, has been appointed as a Part-Time Deputy Adjudicator to HM Land RegistryThe Office of the Adjudicator to HM Land Registry was established in 2002 as an independent judicial office to resolve disputes referred to it by the Land Registry. The service it provides to the public is to resolve disputes about registered land in England and Wales.
The appointment complements a busy and successful year for Neil Cadwallader. Last month, Neil was appointed as a Recorder dealing with Chancery matters on the North Eastern Circuit and earlier in the year he also became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
